Buckwheat and red quinoa tossed with heirloom tomatoes, chopped cucumber, roasted honey glazed potato and spinach, dressed with poppyseed vinaigrette

Chicken supreme filled with honey glazed ham and vintage cheddar cheese served with cocktail potatoes and creamy garlic sauce

Trio of Mediterranean skewers – marinated lamb, chicken and pork served with tangy tomato and corn salsa, pita bread, chips and dipping sauce
