Lantern Club’s vision is to ‘make a significant contribution to the quality of community life.’

Our annual community evenings are a special occasion for our local community groups, schools, sporting teams and charities to unite and celebrate our community’s achievements and successes.
Lantern Club will present cheques, representing the amount of funding given to local community groups who share our vision, making a significant contribution to the quality of community life.
The night will be held on Tuesday 3 July from 6pm and this year will be hosted in MaZi. For enquiries on reserving seats (which are limited) call our friendly Reception team on 8037 8200.
This year, Lantern Club is introducing five award categories as part of the evening. We encourage our community groups to nominate a person whom they think is deserving of an award. See the form at the bottom of this page to nominate or if you would like to fill it out on paper and hand it in to Lantern Club’s Reception desk, click here for the Lantern Club Community Awards 2018 – Nomination Form to print.
