There’s just something special about dishes cooked in a traditional woodfired oven. The aroma of the smoke and the heat creates flavours that you just don’t get from a fry pan or a conventional oven.

With the launch of the latest MaZi dinner menu, we’ve listed below the amazing woodfired dishes that really stand out!
Woodfired oven dinner menu (Available every day 5:30pm to 9:30pm and Sunday lunch 11:30am to 2:30pm)
Garlic focaccia
Hand rolled focaccia with garlic, rosemary, cheese and sea salt.
$8 for members, $8.80 for non-members.
Tomato bruschetta focaccia
The classic tomato bruschetta served on hand rolled focaccia.
$12 for members, $13.20 for non-members.
Homemade lasagne
Layers of pasta and eggplant in bolognaise sauce, topped with béchamel and fried Greek bread.
$14 for members, $15.40 for non-members.
Roasted chicken Maryland (gluten free)
Inspired by Greek tradition, the chicken is marinated in rosemary, garlic and lemon and topped with chunky tomato served on potato.

Of course, the staple of our woodfired oven is the pizzas! Each pizza is freshly made from scratch right in front of your eyes and topped with nothing but the freshest of ingredients. Here’s what toppings you’ll find on the new menu:
Margherita pizza
Tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil and olive oil.

Cheese pizza
Mozzarella, gorgonzola, taleggio, parsley and basil.

Chilli prawn pizza
Olive oil, mozzarella, prawns, chilli, cherry tomato and salsa verde.

Ham and pineapple pizza
Tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham and pineapple.

Chilli pepperoni pizza
Tomato sauce, parsley, mozzarella, pepperoni, nduja and chilli.

Italian sausage pizza
Mozzarella, parsley, olive oil, taleggio, mushroom, sausage and truffle oil.

Prosciutto pizza
Tomato sauce, mozzarella, rocket, prosciutto and shaved parmesan.
