For something a little more substantial, why not try the grilled lamb sausage with sautéed mushrooms and fried eggs on toast? Or the breakfast burger featuring fried eggs, grilled chorizo, bacon, tomato, avocado puree, cheese and onion jam on a light and sweet brioche bun. Whichever you go for, you won’t be disappointed.
