Have you planned how to celebrate NYE in Sydney yet? New Year’s Eve can be a high-pressure evening, despite the best planning. If the thought of battling crowds and traffic leaves you in a mild state of panic, come on down to Lantern Club to celebrate. We’re planning a relaxed New Year experience for 2016, with an evening of great food, great wine and great live music, and we’d love to see you here.
New Year’s Eve is a time for great food
At MàZi Restaurant, our new menus will be available throughout the day and evening on New Year’s Eve. Come and grab lunch or dinner for the last time in 2016, and sample something prepared in our brand new woodfired oven, which we just imported straight from Italy. The pizzas are to die for and that’s not all we cook in it! There’s a range of delicious food to suit all tastes, including vegetarians. It will be a delicious start to your New Year’s Eve celebrations and to 2017. If you want to be sure of a great table reserved for you and your friends and family, it’s best to book early.
New Year’s Eve is a time for great champagne
At Lantern Club, we have an extensive international and local wine and beer list – whether you’re celebrating in the Lounge Bar, or you’ve booked a table at MàZi. Our selection of quality wines and beers has been designed to complement our menu and we always have the best in champagne available to toast a special occasion such as New Year’s Eve 2016. Indulge in some fine French champagne vintages or enjoy some Australian or New Zealand sparkling wine – we’ll be stocked up and ready, so the choice is up to you.
New Year’s Eve is a time for great entertainment
From 8.00pm, talented solo artist Dean Smith will be helping us ring in the New Year. He’ll be playing songs from his album ‘Brave it Through the Night’ as well as some popular hits and favourites. Featured on Triple J’s ‘Unearthed’, Dean is an artist that you must see live. He has shared the stage with the likes of Jeff Martin (The Tea Party), Diesel, Mark Seymour (Hunters & Collectors), The Radiators and Dragon. Now it’s your turn to discover him in Lantern Club’s Lounge Bar, as he sings his way into 2017.
New Year’s Eve is a time for relaxing with friends and family
If hosting Christmas usually leaves you exhausted, the last thing you want is to host another party for New Year’s Eve. You can still have a relaxed yet stylish New Year’s Eve celebration by leaving the planning, the cooking and the shopping to us. All you have to do is book a table at MàZi and we’ll do the rest for you, making it an evening to remember that’s stress and hassle free.
Roll on 2017! All our best wishes for a brilliant New Year to you and your family from your friends at Lantern Club.
