In Australia, a coffee order usually comes with one or two words max. Maybe an upgrade to a double shot here or an extra hot to go with the instructions. Simple but great coffee for simple but great people.
In America however, they’re obsessed with Starbucks who’ve basically turned ordering coffee into reciting a play. If anyone who’s travelled to California (or some parts of Asia as well) will attest, the coffee chain is everywhere. For most Australians travelling to the US trying to find a good coffee like we get at home, it’s a struggle. These celebrities don’t order flat whites or skinny caps. They more than likely don’t even know what they are.
Celebrity: Ariana Grande
Someone in Hollywood had the courage to ask her ‘do you order grande?’
Ariana responded ‘No, sometimes I get that venti, you know? Some days that’s what you need in your life.’
One thing the singer won’t have in her coffee is dairy.
“Yeah, I love soy lattes. Obviously I don’t have dairy because I’m a vegan, but they taste out of this world to me.”

So what does Batman order? The toughest coffee imaginable of course, a Venti Chai Latte.
Despite his embarrassing moment of outrage that was made public a few years ago on set, the Starbucks location he regulars says Mr Bale is always “very nice” and even a real name is used for this celebrity’s order!

The actress famous for playing the most annoying person on earth in Bridget Jones has the ultimate annoying person coffee order: a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte.

All this celebrity wants to do is have some fun. In her trip to Starbucks it involves a triple Venti (three shots) non-fat latte. That’s quite a strong coffee. But if it makes you happy.

The five-foot-three daughter of a famous lawyer (which apparently is enough to get you a TV show these days) has soy Chai lattes at Starbucks. At least she has a smile when she drinks them. Unlike her grumpy celebrity husband Kanye West who always looks like someone has put dirt in his coffee. Cheer up Kanye, life can’t be that bad!

Kim Kardashian’s mother has sure had a complicated life with one husband being OJ Simpson’s lawyer and the next being an Olympian who recently decided to become a woman. But Mrs Jenner keeps it simple in her now single life rather than keeping up with her Kardashian kids. Her Starbucks coffee order is simply just a soy latte.

We all remember Britney as the sweet and innocent girl from the film Crossroads (actually, you probably don’t) and her Starbucks coffee order matches that. Ms Spears loves a flavoured Frappuccino (Starbucks’ trademark ice coffee drink). She does change up her flavourings. She loves them all. As long as it’s stronger than yesterday’s.

Finally, an Aussie! Surely ol’ Nicky will have a decent coffee order. The star of films such as BMX Bandits and the Peacemaker apparently orders a grande (large) coffee with a cup of non-fat foam. She loves the foam and reckons more foam equals fewer calories as it’s full of air. What a clever Nick!
